What is Orypton in one sentence?
A decentralized investment ecosystem that combines a hedge fund, a Learn-to-Earn academy, an AI risk engine, and a DAO—delivering 100 % of generated profits directly to investors.
How is Orypton different from a traditional hedge fund?
Zero management fees—all profits go to investors.
On-chain transparency—strategies, returns, and treasury are auditable 24 / 7.
Community governance via DAO; decisions are not centralized in a GP.
NFT-certified managers instead of legacy licensing only.
Which blockchains does Orypton run on?
$ORY is an ERC-20 token deployed on Polygon POS (EVM-compatible). Future cross-chain deployments will be governed by the DAO.
⮕ Investment Flow
How do I start investing?
Buy $ORY and lock it to access the DAO.
Deposit USDT (or supported assets) into any approved smart-contract strategy.
Profits are auto-distributed back to your wallet; no action needed.
What assets does the fund trade?
Cryptocurrencies and on-chain derivatives
Tokenized index funds (e.g., S&P 500)
Tokenized real-world assets (RWA) such as bonds or real estate A full list is maintained in the Orypton Fund page.
Is there a minimum or maximum deposit?
The DAO currently sets a minimum of 100 USDT and no hard maximum. Limits can be updated through governance proposals.
⮕ Tokenomics & Staking
What is the total supply of $ORY?
1 billion tokens, of which only 20 million unlock each year; the rest remain in vesting.
How does staking work?
Passive staking (V1): fixed rewards proportional to tokens locked for 12 months.
Active staking (V2): additional rewards for managers and voters, funded by 20 % of the fund’s annual profits (mint-and-buyback model).
What prevents inflation from devaluing $ORY?
A DAO-controlled buyback mechanism automatically absorbs newly minted tokens if inflation exceeds 1 % of circulating supply, using treasury funds generated by market-making.
⮕ DAO Governance
Who can submit a proposal?
Any wallet that locks ≥ 50 k $ORY for at least 30 days can submit a proposal. See Governance Guide for formatting rules.
How are votes weighted?
Voting power = locked $ORY + bonus weight from $OYA (merit token). $OYA is earned only through active contribution—cannot be bought.
Are votes public?
Vote hashes are recorded on-chain; the underlying choices remain hidden until the voting window closes to prevent manipulation.
⮕ Security & Audits
Has Orypton been audited?
Yes. The core contracts were audited by CertiK and Hacken; reports are linked in the Audits & Security section.
How do I report a vulnerability?
Email security@orypton.com (PGP key in repo). Eligible disclosures may receive a bug-bounty reward—see Bug-Bounty Policy.
Is KYC required?
Investors are KYC-free. Certified managers undergo KYC as part of the NFT issuance to comply with jurisdictional regulations.
⮕ Technical
Where can developers view the smart-contract code?
All contracts are open-source on GitHub: https://github.com/orypton.
Is there an API or SDK?
Yes. A REST API and a TypeScript SDK are available under the How to Integrate page for building bots, dashboards, or analytics.
⮕ Legal & Compliance
Is $ORY a security token?
Orypton classifies $ORY as a utility token under EU MiCA guidelines. Final classification may vary by jurisdiction; consult professional advice.
Which jurisdictions are restricted?
Residents of OFAC-sanctioned countries and U.S. persons are currently restricted from participating in token sales. See Policy & Terms for the full list.
